Francis O'neil is rude, condescending and downright hateful. 6 months ago I ordered furniture for $1,700. No updates and still haven't received it. Store staff asked me to go through arbitration with my credit card company. Instead of apologizing got tons of passive aggressive and downright hateful emails from Francis O'neil, the store owner. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY FURNITURE.
