If I can describe Village Green in West Seattle and its employees in one word it would be, FAMILY. Our father hesitated to sell and move out of his home that he built and was in for forty plus years. I had an interview schedule on a specific date. Due to family emergency I could not make it. I did call to notify them. Amber spoke to me in a very rude , when she was rescheduling the interview. The day of the interview comes, she calls 30mm before the interview to cancel me. She decided to choose another candidate over me. Which is fine , but her management skills need to be checked out.
