Having our gazebo built in 2016, it needed to be restained in 2023 - I contacted Preston as I was concerned the roofline pcs looked especially light almost blonde. He did not return my message (texts and voice messages). I kept trying and sent photos. I thought maybe they forgot to complete the top. We are extremely happy with our gazebo from Daystar Gazebos. The quality and level of workmanship is five-star. Our project involved a concurrent deck reconstruction where the gazebo would be located. Preston provided design specifications to the deck contractor and consistently went above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with issues that arose during the deck construction. The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Daystar Gazebos.
