I am truly fed up. The condition of the kitchen is disgusting and completely unacceptable. This water was being served to residents in their coffee, and the coffee pots are visibly filthy. Many of the machines in the kitchen appear extremely dirty and poorly maintained. This is a serious health and safety concern. Residents should never be served anything prepared with unsanitary equipment. The lack of cleanliness in the kitchen is alarming and needs to be addressed immediately.

My brother-in-law Mike had to live in the memory unit because of his dementia. Unlike other places, there was very little turnover in staff in the 3 years he lived there, so we got to know people by name. He was often difficult, but the staff did wonders by redirecting him, joking with him, and by just treating him with kindness. The staff at DaySprings are truly caring, and went over and beyond my expectations when caring for my mother for 3 years until her passing. She truly enjoyed it there, and the staff were like family to her and myself. Being privately operated and not by a parent company or corporation, you have a direct line to the director anytime you need to speak to him when needs arise. You will not regret placing your loved one here.
