Great people, they do what others cant!
Terrible nurses and med techs. More specifically med techs. I understand that it’s difficult to perform your job as a nurse, however that is no excuse to be negligent. There are so many things I can mention, such as the quality of life. Many forget that we need more than just a schedule and company to fulfill our quality of life. The med techs are beyond unprofessional. If you care for your family member/relative I suggest you go elsewhere or you’re better off being a caregiver to them. Wonderful staff! Beautiful community for your loved one.
Excellent staff, especially the girls in the office. Nurses are always working their butts off and very attentive. I couldn’t be happier. My nana loves being there. She looks forward to the activities they do every day and being with her friends. She is being well taken care of.
