Not satisfied with the staff The only things that drives me cazy about this place is the staff. For a grocery store they should have more than 1 living person running the registers. They have those self check out machines, but whats the point if they are never turned on. You are forced to wait in 1 long line regardless of how many items your buying. Isnt the strike over now?? Come on Ralphs hire more/better staff!

Older store, not the nicest We prefer to not shop at this Ralphs if at all possible. It is very old, their selection is not the best and unfortunately the staff isn't what I would consider very frinedly or helpful. Their selection of meats is less than stellar as is their produce when we've been in there. There are better alternatives nearby. PROS: Not too many CONS: Old, not too clean or well stocked

This Ralph's is located in the heart of culver city. A great grocery department store but with lots of added bonuses such as various gourment foods. Lots of parking, located in a strip type mall. Service is friendly and the are very helpful.

I love getting a deal. That is what they offer here. Especially with the double coupons that they offer every week. i can get a 24 pak of cokes for $3.99 now that is a deal. You do need to obtain a ralphs card for extra savings.

No fun to shop here. I've only been here once when I was running some errands. I couldn't find what I was looking for and I asked for help. To my dismay the staff was very unfriendly and I never got the item I was looking for because she never bothered to tell me what the status was. I will not return to this particular facility. Ralph does have good coupons.

I used to shop at this grocery store for two years. After a while I realized that the selection of produce wasn't very good and neither was the service. Everytime I went to the check out counter I found the cashiers in an unfriendly mood. I don't usually go the market to have a chat but I do expect the staff to be cordial. I was not impressed with how the management ran the business nor the way the staff responded to it's customers. I no longer shop there and I like it that way.
