Never had an issue till today. My fiance goes in for the 1st time and I tell her she'll get 30% off for signing up for the loyalty program and she did that. She gets there and tells the lady at the counter she has a 30% off first time customer. And still rings her up for a full $91 instead of $63. Takes years to build trust and seconds to break.
