Adding Review for Delivery of my Item. My Item delivery address given was home address as to make sure if customs needed to see my ID. so requested to drop off my item at a storage location (less than 2 miles) as the item was bulky and 7ft tall. My request was denied and I had to hire another company to load, unload and deliver at the storage. They just dropped off at the residential area. Absolutely horrible company. Cheap, careless, and completely disrespectful to drivers. The management has no clue what they’re doing and will pressure you to take overweight loads like it’s no big deal—putting your CDL and your safety on the line. They don’t care about the rules, they don’t care about the law, and they definitely don’t care about you. Don’t trust them. Don’t take their loads. It’s not worth the risk or the headache.
