I was a little worried at first after reading some of the reviews, but today’s experience honestly exceeded my expectations. They arrived a few minutes early for my pickup, and when I requested a ride after my medical procedure, they came within about 20 minutes, it made everything so much easier and less stressful. Late often leaving patients hanging.
I was driving to work this morning and this driver was tailgating me and swerving in and out of lanes at high rates of speed (20mph over the speed limit) on Otay Lakes Road in Eastlake, Chula Vista. I wouldn’t trust this company with my or my family member’s life if you paid me.
Driving horribly on the freeway, 94w around 11:10am, would never trust this company to drive me seeing how they drive
