I booked an appointment due to severe tension and hip pain because of arthrose. Even on the phone, the voice was soft and friendly and when I arrived for my appointment, I was given a very warm welcome and the room was inviting. With Valerie, I felt comfortable and very well cared for from the first moment. No online booking and seemingly a permanent sign on the door requesting to call for bookings because “massage is in progress” got me to visit a few other spas first, but since few of them in Daylesford offer online booking, eventually I called. And I am glad I did. I got an appointment just a couple of hours later, and it was very good indeed.
