I took my son's cello here to have it be assembled and tuned. I called ahead and spoke to Kristy. When there, she took the cello, assembled it carefully and then brought Luthier to check her work. She made additional adjustments and showed Kristy some tricks. Kristy finished the whole thing. I was there some 45 minutes while these two ladies worked on my son's cello. Christian was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and helped me understand the process of cleaning and maintaining the instrument in good condition.
Great place with friendly and welcoming staff. We had the chance to attend a special event that’s hosted every first Saturday of the month. Will definitely recommend it
I went in to the shop today to get repairs on my friend’s violin and the two employees that I spoke with, Zoe and Christian, were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a fantastic customer service experience and was able to get everything fixed perfectly without feeling at all like they were trying to uptake advantage of my lack of violin knowledge to boost their own sales. I will gladly recommend this store to people I know in the future!
