We had a very disappointing experience with this company during our out-of-state move. A high-value item was not listed on the inventory and was never delivered to us. After speaking with others who used this company, it appears our experience may not have been isolated. Additionally, our TV arrived damaged. We did a military pcs from Fort Bragg, NC to Fort Campbell and I'm missing a lot of my kitchen items, I'm missing my whole Ninja blender set, my Ninja 4 in 1 air fryer, my Wolfgang Puck pots and pans w/ lids set, and our families Christmas tree with our memorable Christmas ornaments we've bought since my kids were small, this company has been the worst moving company. On 81 South. 4:35 pm on 7/17 mile marker 51.4. Your truck driver is driving crazy! It is pouring rain. He is going 70 mph. Cutting off other drivers when changing lanes. You need to educate your driver on safe driving skills.
