Moving company lost the entire set of bolts to a king size bed and a TV. As noted by other reviews, items have a tendency to disappear out of military HHGs. The company reimbursed a third of the value for damaged items. For my $1,500, I was comped a $15 screw set from Amazon. If assigned this company, I’d highly recommend declining.
Would not recommend for military. They lie about HHG item condtions to cover them if anything happens. Pack day they left early then, load day requested extra labor for needing to pack boxes. Made our move alot more stressful save your time and hassel go somewhere else
If I could give negative stars I would, the military needs to black list this company. They are getting this government contracts and having incompetent people pack the stuff. They half packed our house, just threw stuff in boxes and never returned to finish the job. They packed a trash can with trash still in it, I mean it was obviously full of TRASH! But I bet they received full pay for the job. This is a terrible moving company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! EVER!!
Edit: They sent someone out to “repair” the hole. The next day, the repairs were cracking. They’re refusing to send someone out to repair it prior to my lease ending. This company cuts corners on moving, customer service, and repairs. They don’t care about you. They only want a check from the Government. I ran into serious issues with the movers falsifying documents, which I had to annotate myself, along with damage they caused in the home. Several high value items, including home theater speakers and a gaming system, were also left off the inventory and had to be added by me.
