We are a military family and this has not been our first move. We actually used the same company when PCSing from Fayetteville to Clarksville and had a much better experience. Well, we just moved from Clarksville to our next duty station and have been slowly unpacking boxes. I'm absolutely appalled by the lack of care for our things, especially our children's. Most of the packed stuff made it ok. Second truck was used, showed up late, customer service was super rude when I asked. I had to get Military Quality Assurance involved just to get an answer from them
