I am very disappointed in this business. I purchased a gift card for my mother-in-law to enjoy a pedicure. My mother-in-law took her mom along with her to enjoy an afternoon of pampering on a Wednesday afternoon. The esthetician was very nice, polite, and did a fantastic job. We always enjoy our day of pampering at Hummingbird HILL. Spa services are consistently of high quality, hard to say what I like the best, massage, 4 layer facial The staff are friendly and attend to our every need, feel like a princess. Horrible experience! I have never been treated so badly ever at a spa and strongly recommend you NOT visit this location. My daughter and I went almost 2 years ago ... same tools were dipped into creams for both of us (how many other people too?). The topper was the hot wax spilt all over my daughter's skirt ... with no compensation (only a recommendation of how to wash it).
