Very poor experience... eyebrow wax was the worst I have had in 15 years- I was extremely embarrased and thought about shaving them completely off as I g felt that may be better...
WAY over priced. Everything needed to be cleaned. The floors, the walls, the equipment. Poor quality pedicure—ESPECIALLY when paying for a premium service! The seats are cheap and barely vibrate. I wouldn’t even describe them as a massaging chair. The pumice stone was dirty and PAINFUL. The lady also had long nails that would pinch my skin when she was applying lotion, oil, or a scrub. I took my wife here since I got a haircut next door. The prices were twice as what we pay off post, but we gave it a try. The lady was nice, but the place was dirty. The walls, floors, no paper towels in the bathroom and worse of all the cheap chairs for pedicures were dirty with dirty towels. The floors had small black things that looked like rat dropping’s. The tools were all kept in a barbershop like cup; Only some tools are double ended, so when do they clean the other end? We will not go back or recommend.
I will be reporting these people to the board. Unsanitary...disgusting! Do not go here!
I wish I had read these reviews before going here for a pedicure yesterday. This place is NOT a “Spa!” As others mentioned, this place was dirty, waaaay overpriced, and the woman who did my pedicure had no idea what she was doing. My toenails looked worse afterwards than when I went in. STAY AWAY!
