Unsafe driver. I was driving behind a slow semi in the left lane on I94. There were semis side by side under the speed limit. The Day Ross semi behind me was tailgating me and flashing his brights less than 10 feet behind me. Did you not see the two semi's in front of me? Do you not realize I can only go as fast as the trucks in front of me? Why were you tailgating on icy conditions?
