Unfortunately the worse experience I've ever had with a company, and I'm pretty patient! I am writing this review to highlight a major corporate failure regarding Day & Ross's booking and dispatch system. I explicitly do not want to blame a specific local branch, as the breakdown appears to be entirely structural.I scheduled an item for pickup and called the customer service line both yesterday and today to manually verify the appointment. I work for Cargopedia, where the customer is always our first priority. Day & Ross sent two senior managers twice to our office and assured us that things would be different moving forward. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They repeatedly failed to stand behind their promises. We have been working with trucking companies for over three decades, and this has been one of the worst experiences we have had. This is the worst delivery company I've ever seen in my life. My son and his wife bought a present for us from Costco to be delivered to our house. The driver arrived on his own and left the freezer outside the house and ran away without even knocking the door. Logically appliances are to be delivered inside the house not outside in the driveway. One star is too much for a such a bad customer service.

They called me friday to confirm my delivery is scheduled for Tuesday, between 9:00- 17:00! Tuesday waiting all day long for nothing! They should at least advise me, the delivery is canceled or rescheduled......! Thay think I have nothing else to do, just to wait for it! 🤮
