Your driver who delivers/picks up from bowmanville, refused to wait to be unloaded, and left a skid at the top of a eamp and left. He drives the wrong way to exit the yard. He has been told to use the appropriate exit, and refuses to do so. This causes safety concerns for outdoor workers and other drivers. There is one entrance and one exit. He refuses to leave via the EXIT and continues to exit through the entrance. Speed is also a concern.

What an absolute piece of trash company. Got a fridge delivered through home depot and the delivery driver just dumped it on the front step without helping bring it inside. As a young woman by herself how the hell am I supposed to get this in. Rude delivery driver just shrugged at me when i asked what to do and just drove off. The customer support basically told me not their problem so now I have to hire someone to bring it up at my own expense

If i could give 0 stars i would. The absolute worst experience i am still having. Ordered through home depot so didn't have a choice of courier, and they have still not delivered my package, can't provide me with valid tracking or reference numbers, and every time i call, customer service tells me something different about where my package is and when it will come. Days of dealing with the run-around and home depot is completely out of the loop. Larger businesses should really stop using this courier if this is what customer... read more

I’ve been waiting for a delivery since July 22, 2025. You could not even be bothered to contact me to arrange delivery. I had to reach out only to find out your POS company will not deliver it until August 5. You’ve put an entire project behind by three weeks. I’ll make sure that you are never used in the future. Lousy service and communication.
