I called to try and fix errors on my credit report. It was like talking to the wall. Nothing got fixed and now I have to escalate my concerns.
This company has cancelled my delivery 3x in a row. No notification, just don’t show. I call customer service and cannot be given a delivery date. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they give excuses( on the phone, out of office, etc.) then just hang up. This is horrendous service
Doesn't deliver on time. doesn't honor delivery dates. Damages packages. Multiple times these things have happened because home depot and Rona decide to use them.
