Very annoying that one cant track the status of delivery using the tracking number they provide! Seems very unreliable
Day and Ross by far is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I was told a week ago and promised my shipment would arrive by Thursday. Guess what. Nothing. On Friday they said it was on the ferry. Now today they say it’s in Burnaby due to ferry delays. There hasn’t been a delay or cancellation for months. They lie lie and lie. It’s been almost 3 weeks now that they picked it up and still no delivery. Impossible to communicate. Stay clear of them for your best interests
Look at how many people rate this company with 1 star. They gave me a 7 hr time window for a $200 duvet cover, that I have to sign for, despite that "requirement" not being communicated, otherwise I wouldn't have bought the product. The CSA was one of the most rude people I've ever dealt with in customer service.
