They gave me a 7 hr time window for a $200 duvet cover, that I have to sign for, despite that "requirement" not being communicated, otherwise I wouldn't have bought the product. The CSA was one of the most rude people I've ever dealt with in customer service.
They made a delivery appointment with a four hour window and didn't show or call!!! I wasted my time. Finally showed up at 6:30 pm. Could have easily missed them.
