Worst experience ever. Lost my order (which is 600lbs, so how does they happen). Was sent back and I was told it could not be delivered to my area. Arranged to pick it up and they said it was out for delivery? Nothing makes sense and they are not well organized. Other drivers are clearly having similar issues.
I used Day & Ross to ship a pallet with 2 pieces on it, back in 2023. They decided to break down the pallet for some reason, and then lost one of the pieces. They never found it. After fighting tooth and nail for a resolution (78 emails back & forth to be exact), they finally issued a cheque for the minimum warranty amount but never told me they did so, and then that got lost in mail too, so they had to send a 2nd one. We usually have about 10 to 20 shipments a week with Day & Ross. At first, their delivery speed was quite good, but recently we have noticed a clear slowdown. Many times the cargo arrives at the terminal but just sits in the warehouse without an appointment being scheduled, and only after we call do they arrange one, leaving the consignee waiting for a long time.
