Despite the negative reviews, my personal experience was very different. I had two separate occasions to experience Day & Ross Services, both in relation to an order made with Home Depot. Customer service with Julie and Erin respectively, were excellent and the drivers were very nice as well. I have no complaints, quite the contrary.
Food is really great here specially the hospitality by sambhavi is really appreciated she suggested some of the main dishes those were all top notch Thanks
Absolutely ridiculous service. I waited the entire day for a pickup, calling FOUR times throughout the day, and every single time I was told they'd arrive between 10 AM and 6 PM. I called again at 4 PM and was told the truck was in the area. Then at 5:50 PM—after wasting my whole day—I call again, and suddenly I'm told they supposedly left a voicemail at 1 PM to confirm the time. What kind of incompetent operation is this? Do not work in this company. They only pay on cents . Worst company to work as a driver. 0.50 cents with hand-bombing and alot more hustle. Driver are being exploited.
