I just had a massage chair delivered by an extremely polite and helpful gentleman. What a treat to be met by someone with an infectious smile. I wasn't sure if it would get through the door but he had no problem and was so kind and helpful. This gentleman is an asset to your company. The lady that called me was also very kind and helpful. My husband ordered an engine from Maritime Auto. This engine was supposed to arrive last week. It is now 5 days past its arrival date. When calling to find out where our package is they can't give us a straight answer. We have asked to speak to the person in charge at the depot that the package was supposedly at and they tell us that they can't give us any information as they don't have contact numbers just email addresses.
