Just had a delivery from Day & Ross and wasn't expecting what I ordered would come on a shrink wrapped pallet. There was several individual boxes that were ordered (11 pieces). The delivery driver wanted to drop the pallet in my garage. I certainly wasn't expecting these items to be delivered like this and then to be told by him that he couldn't break down the pallet and deliver inside my home because he wasn't insured for that. Extremely rude and condescending drivers and managers. They are also very ableist and unwilling to help people who are physically disabled. Truly abhorrent service and unable to be on time as well. Will tell you that they will be there within the hour and won't be. And then will cancel your delivery without notice! Just sickening...
