A little worried about some of the negative reviews. BUT, wow, did I get great service. 3 days by truck from Toronto to Surrey. Pleasant, called me to let me know it was ready to pick up. Even helped load it into my car ( weighed about 90 kg, on a palate!). I would not hesitate to ship with Day and Ross again. brian
