If you don't want to be told that your delivery has been left in your driveway in the pouring rain at 5.30pm when it's totally dark then Day and Ross are the company for you! The only reason I knew it had been delivered was because I had to go out. Had I not then then 33 boxes of my laminate flooring would have been sitting in the rain overnight. Horrible service. When tracking my order I was expecting delivery on Jun 10. Someone which I didn't find out until later from Day and Ross called on Jun 9 to verify my address 175 Ave. I said no 175 Street. Told them I had an appointment and would be away from 12 to 2. They said they had a window of 11 to 5 pm. I asked if they could call before the delivery and they said they would. I asked that they delivery to the front door and that I had an extra wide gate ant they shouldn't have a problem. They did not call and they dro... read more
