This is the worst delivery company ever. Contacted Home Depot about my delivery and they just lied saying that they couldn’t reach me. Note the product was sttting in the warehouse for a week now based on the tracking details. They claimed they tried to reach me but no calls. Bottom line Home Depot should reconsider using this sloppy shipping company because not just they do not honor the time for the delivery but they LIE to justify their incompetence. De loin la pire compagnie de livraison que je connaisse. Pour un ramassage. J’ai vécu le véritable laissez-passé A38 de Astérix et les 12 travaux. J’ai dû attendre 9 jours. Et ils sont toujours pas venu…je suis toujours dans l’attente. J’ai du parler à l’ensemble des employés. Tous plus créatifs les uns que les autres. Je ne peux pas imaginer plus médiocre comme service client. Tellement que la date de remboursement de mon achat est échue. Il y a du travail à faire dans cette compagnie.
Pire compagnie…pas fiable et irrespectueux. Du n’importe quoi ! Pendant 6 jours ils devaient se présenter…ne se présentent pas et se présentent sans s’annoncer la semaine d’après. Bref, comment Walmart peut faire affaire avec eux ?? Plus jamais !
If I could give zero I would. I had a scheduled pick-up for a saturday, confirmed and all. The driver came a a week early on the monday and tore my electrical and telecom lines, would not identify himself and jetted off. We had time to get the plate and contacted Day & Ross with zero luck trying to get this resolved - needless to say we involved the police.
