Worst delivery service EVER. Had a freezer delivered from them bought through Costc, and they just left it in front of the house. No doorbell, no warning nothing.
Le service client est inacceptable. Les appels restent sans réponse et les messages vocaux sont ignoré. La livraison a était retardée de plus d'une semaine. L'incapacité à contacter Louis Mathieu pour organiser la réception des marchandises est la cause directe de ces retards. Sa a pris une semaine pour l’avoir au téléphone maintenant j’attends ma livraison. A suivre.
Garbage service!!!!! The worst!!! Never ever Again!!!! Useless!!!
They just dumped 1 ton of merchandise in front of my driveway (closer to the street than my house...). Had to pick up everything from far away.
Awful experience. They didn't provide a tracking number, never sent an email/text, scheduled the delivery through the phone and simply didn't show, without giving us any heads up. We had to block our entire day for this, and after a ton of back-and-forth with them, they AGAIN didn't show up the next day. 3 days wasted on this horrible company :))
