My shipment has been sitting in Kelowna for 9 days undelivered. No explanation, no update, tracking says delivered. I can’t even pick up my product without a signed declaration for Home Depot. Brutal.
After canceling my delivery an hour before the delivery window and getting the run around for why it was canceled and being told it would be a another week for delivery my delivery came today 3 days after the scheduled delivery and it was very damaged. The driver did not care. Was not helpful. Clearly frustrated that I said its damaged. I will not purchase anything that will be delivered by Day and Ross again.
Great service
Partially the issue is Rona’s fault but Day & Ross is also to blame. I ordered from Rona on May 6th with a delivery date of May 12 ( that’s in my order update from Rona on May 7th, stating the order was ready for currier pickup.) The tracking info in the email always resulted in the same information, click the link and it says purolator “ awaiting currier pickup” click that tracking information and it took me to the purolator tracking where it said “ information not found.” Finally, on May 20th I reached out to Rona via phon... read more
