Inder was an incredible guy, He showed up at an awesome time and dropped my engine off that came from St Albert, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Had a few hiccups for shipping and arrival ETA from Day and Ross, However a quick phone-call resolved that issue. Thank you Day and Ross for being awesome!
Horrible service. Package delayed for over 10 days now sitting in warehouse not being delivered no one answering phone calls. In person store can’t help has to be done via phone horrible service
I received my shipment of flooring, and it was very heavy. Parinder handled the delivery with great care and professionalism. He was very cautious while unloading and made sure everything was secured and placed properly without any damage. His attention to detail and responsible approach really stood out. You can trust him to handle heavy shipments carefully and safely.
This shipping company in Kelowna seems to have a lot of negative reviews but I can only talk about my experience. I went to the main office to book an appointment and asked for my pallet to be dropped off the next day. They told me it would be dropped off between 12pm and 3pm. The next day I got a call from the delivery driver Doug Cunning, saying he would be around in 20 or so mins.
