Horrible service. Package delayed for over 10 days now sitting in warehouse not being delivered no one answering phone calls. In person store can’t help has to be done via phone horrible service
I received my shipment of flooring, and it was very heavy. Parinder handled the delivery with great care and professionalism. He was very cautious while unloading and made sure everything was secured and placed properly without any damage. His attention to detail and responsible approach really stood out. You can trust him to handle heavy shipments carefully and safely.
This shipping company in Kelowna seems to have a lot of negative reviews but I can only talk about my experience. I went to the main office to book an appointment and asked for my pallet to be dropped off the next day. They told me it would be dropped off between 12pm and 3pm. The next day I got a call from the delivery driver Doug Cunning, saying he would be around in 20 or so mins. They canceled delivery 3 times . 3 different excuses for a package from Walmart. 1st day no show..2nd drivers were all sick..3rd after being promised today for sure abd will get a call ..no call 3rd attempt vehicle broke down. When I asked her if this is how they conduct business lied again said it has never happened...bye the reviews it gappens alot.
