The driver Parinder out of Kelowna BC is a great person very respectful and kind. Does a amazing job delivering our product,he has to hand bomb into our store he is very respectful to us and our customers he will wait patiently until they are out of his way. He is a keeper.
My shipment has been sitting in Kelowna for 9 days undelivered. No explanation, no update, tracking says delivered. I can’t even pick up my product without a signed declaration for Home Depot. Brutal.
After canceling my delivery an hour before the delivery window and getting the run around for why it was canceled and being told it would be a another week for delivery my delivery came today 3 days after the scheduled delivery and it was very damaged. The driver did not care. Was not helpful. Clearly frustrated that I said its damaged. I will not purchase anything that will be delivered by Day and Ross again.
