I would give zero stars if I could. I have been waiting for my return pickup more than two weeks now. Called them on Friday and they said “oh! I have a package that was to be delivered on a Monday (Toronto Terminal) and they said it would be shipped between 8-11am, it never came. Called in they said 11-12pm, never came. Called in they said before 2pm, never came. Called in then they said they don't know where my package is. Called in they said the next day. Do not use this company's services! Ordered a product from a company in Ontario to BC and unfortunately was shipped by Day and Ross as they were the cheapest option. No wonder! Customer service agent Shalina Prasad was beyond incompetent and unprofessional. I stated that I would be working that day and unable to sign so if they could leave the delivery at the door or arrange for an alternative day for delivery.
