Do NOT trust this delivery service when they call and tell you that your package is coming and that a signature is required. I took an entire day off work specifically to be available for this delivery, only for them to NEVER SHOW UP. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful of customers’ time. First time ever using. I went in no receptionist finally got some one to come to the door I asked how do I get a package shipped the guy looked at me like I was stupid said do it online then they give me a drop off time. I asked ok how long does it usually take? “No idea not my department” then just stared at me. So whatever I got a quote she said they’d book in a drop off time. Noting back. I do not if you guys deserves 1 star. I call today to schedule a pick up and they gave me quotes which I accepted and they said they will come to pick my cargo before 5pm because they did not show up. They are not serious about the business, so do not waste your time with them at all.
You'll have better luck dragging it down the road yourself with a pump cart.
