Went there to pick up a package. They texted/called me as soon as it arrived.
Day and Ross scheduled me in for a 10-2 drop off for a treadmill on Monday. 3 came around and no delivery yet so I called, and they said they were delayed. Once they did arrive, the driver said my treadmill wasn't even on the truck so he would have to come back tomorrow. The next day 2 came around again with no delivery. Despite asking for and having confirmed a 12 to 4 delivery window with Maddy, the driver showed up at 11, alone. Luckily I was home else I'd have to go chasing after my ordered items. Then, I had to help him unload the boxes because he was alone. Such service.
