Have been to Kris now twice. This last time she took out a deep knot in my lower right back and because of it was able to preform well in my cycling race. Highly recommend!
She has been my masseuse for the last four years, with one or two massages a month. I always feel very relaxed and refreshed after each one. I schedule my appointments for Saturdays, so my weekend start off feeling great. When her puppy, Jewel is there it is an extra treat. However my dog is mad at me when I get home when he smells Jewels on me. Highly recommend her!
Kris provides professional recovery services through excellent massage and recommended stretching.
