I appreciate the variety of items. From elegant to fun, I always get compliments on my Day Furs coats, scarves and gloves. I have used almost all of their services, restyling after a weight gain, (and then loss), online shopping, and resale of my Mother in Law's estate pieces. I feel good about purchasing from a long established business that has an excellent reputation.
Bought a fur in Feb that was vintage- it arrived shedding as I am a novice fur owner I assumed it needed to be cleaned. I loved the fur so did not return in within five days. I took it weeks later to my furrier for storage and cleaning and he informed me that the fur had moths. It was destroying my 2800 dollar fur. No one at Day furs has returned my calls or emails. Met Leslie, Shelby & Ken in Cincinnati, they took good care of me. Took measurements to assure I would have a proper & customized fitting , made me feel comfortable and valued. This was my first time shopping with “ Day Furs” but not my last!
Customer service is terrible. They don’t answer the phone. The mailbox is constantly full. If you go there it doesn’t matter if you ring the door bell or knock. You may stand there for 15 minutes before someone may or, more likely, not open the door.
