My previous company and myself have made repeated requests for my 1099 for contract labor to Day and Day. They have failed to send the information to me. I left several messages to them and received no response. I finally drove to Day and Day office ( for the second time- first time the office was closed during posted buisiness hours) and finally received the information requested. Poor business practices!
