This therapy center was extremely disorganized and unprofessional with billing. They incorrectly billed our insurance during our 2025 therapy sessions, which ultimately led us to stop going there. After the coding errors were corrected, my insurance informed me that the center owed us a refund. I specifically requested a check, but their office told me they “do not issue checks” and that the refund would be processed back to my credit card. The receptionist Cody needs and deserves a raise for the type of experience we had over the phone. He made me feel not awkward and it was a memorable phone conversation that made my day. Cody was professional and personable all at the same time. He made the relaying back and forth of information not so boring and ordinary. I hope Cody can be promoted for his fluent communication skills with the mental health community.
