Took a trip to Baltimore Aquarium this past weekend. The bus had to AC by the time we got to the aquarium from leaving New Castle DE the bus was 90+ degrees. We got a new bus that once again had no AC. We had to open the emergency hatches on the roof of the bus for any air flow. I had a 1 year old who I had to strip down to the diaper and put wet a wash rag on him just to keep him cool. The only good thing about the bus ride was our driver Mr. Leon. Hottest weekend and they provided not one but two buses with no AC

Took my first charted bus today with Dawson bus , Leon Gardner, very helpful, , respected everyone and very polite. He drove very careful, handed out maps to those who wanted one and helped with a wheel chair. Because of the over the top service from this driver I WILL be. Taking more trips with Dawson. Now I know what I've been missing and this driver was pleasant. Thank you

Don't think I'll ever use Dawson's again, after been left waiting for 2 hours, only to have to walk 30 minutes to the pickup location...In DC...
