Natalie failed to communicate significant information which was embedded in the Form One with us prior to settlement. When this issue came to light soon after settlement, brought to our attention by a third party, Natalie failed to return any of our calls or to reply to any of our emails. The only communication we ever received from her was as a result of my reaching out to the AICSA for support, the peak body for conveyancers in SA. Go elsewhere. Does not respond to emails once settlement has occurred. Been over 6 weeks since and still awaiting a response about charges held for final water readings. Multiple emails sent
