We bought our very first house with the help of Dawn Robbins and Kristie Spurling. They are such warm and wonderful people. They went above and beyond service to make us feel comfortable by answering questions etc. We are very pleased, and I still consider us friends. I highly recommend Dawn and Kristie. They even follow through and call us from time to time making sure everything is going OK. They are the best.
After hitting several dead ends with other lenders due to owning a manufactured home and its age, my first phone call with Dawn solved all the issues I had run into. She was a lifesaver!!
