Dealt with this abyssmal paralegal a few years ago. Sat in her lobby waiting for a copy of an order, that when we received it, was incorrect. Incorrect dollar amount on the sale of a home. Incorrect legal description of the property. Listened to her outright lie to folks while waiting. Then they lied about the court not having prepared the final document, blaiming the judge and the judg's assistant. My family and myself were left lots in Nye County from my grandmother that passed away from colon cancer. We have been in the process to have some family members removed from the lots as this is their wish. Trish from Nye recorders office referred Dawn to help with the paperwork to do so. We started with Dawn in February 2023 and here we are in July. The paperwork has not been done correctly as stated by Trish.
