This is wirhout a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Cyber Monday, I purchased a jacket originally priced at $600 for $150 during a 75% off promotion. When my order arrived the COMPANY sent me the wrong item. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they don’t not do exchanges and that my only option was to return the incorrect jacket for a refund. I have a fabulous chic parka that I bought at least 10 years ago and it is not only warm but so fashionable and comfortable. And, the quality is so outstanding that it does not even look a year old! I wanted to purchase a longer down puffer, and had one all picked out, but there was a problem with the shopping app and my size was sold out. I called the customer service department yesterday and the lady who helped me was able to find a coat and hold it for me until I was able to successfully complete the purchase. The coat is lovely, but runs small. I have tried to use the return portal unsuccessfully. I have called the phone number on their website~ disconnected. I have sent two emails with order number included. No response. hmmm...

I love the coats!!! they fit well!! warm & comfy!! always get compliments from strangers...kinda pricy butttt u get what u pay for! and that's excellent quality from dawn levy :)
