I have a fabulous chic parka that I bought at least 10 years ago and it is not only warm but so fashionable and comfortable. And, the quality is so outstanding that it does not even look a year old! The coat is lovely, but runs small. I have tried to use the return portal unsuccessfully. I have called the phone number on their website~ disconnected. I have sent two emails with order number included. No response. hmmm...
I love the coats!!! they fit well!! warm & comfy!! always get compliments from strangers...kinda pricy butttt u get what u pay for! and that's excellent quality from dawn levy :)
They have no black models on their website or instagram page. Lacks diversity.
