They took me 40 min before my appointment time. Is not a big deal place so there’s no a lot of room for the 53ft trailers but I’m the only truck right here so I hadn’t a problem.
Was greeted at the door by a surprisingly rude employee. A white guy, maybe 50 years old, with a buzz cut and glasses. He didn't say anything, he just stuck his hand out and wanted paperwork. Then he told me I wasn't on the schedule. I told him the appointment was at 9 a.m., and he said he would let me know when they would be able to work me in. They ended up starting to unload me within 15 minutes, however I was not pleased by the way I was treated.
‼️ I’m rarely writing reviews about bad delivery experience as I understand human and work factors, but this delivery was exceptional ‼️I’m a truck driver and being around for a while, but this is so far the worst experience I ever had delivering ⚠️ Yes, including big warehouses and rude bad tempered employees and lumpers. The second I arrived at this warehouse , receiving worker ( white guy ) opened the door and rudely yelling told me to go somewhere pointing finger in nowhere specific grabbed my paperwork and closed the do... read more
