Not good at all it took them three months to tell me that my claim was denied had to email to find this out no one has called me or anything to explain why that that was not doing their job my claim was denied back in November now it's January that's not good at all it was just a big waste of time dealing with these people
I applied with this group, and they set up a future one hour call. I set everything aside on this day for the call and never received the call. Neither did I receive any call or email for explanation. when I did call them back for an explanation, the reply was "she said she called twice" this was a total red flag for me because I was with my phone all day waiting for the call, never received it neither did I receive a voice mail as the person claimed.
