With their inexperienced employees and overwhelmed staff, they have no idea what they're doing. It's impossible to reach the right person for any questions. Whenever I asked why we were being ignored, their response was always the same: "We’re busy!" If you're too busy, don’t take on more cases—or hire experienced professionals to handle the workload properly. Mr. Davlatov may be a good individual, but the professionalism and efficiency of his office leave much to be desired. Promises are made, yet the process takes significantly longer than expected, with little communication or transparency.
