No customer support You call and it doesn’t go anywhere
This company does not support their software. We are over a year into use, have yet to have a single day when there wasn't an issue present, and have multiple support issues that have been open for months, still unresolved. On the rare occasion that an issue is resolved, a new one pops up within a week.
As the Controller for an HVAC company in Las Vegas, I am extremely satisfied with the functionality of the Davisware Vision 2.0 software. Operationally, Vision has streamlined our Dispatch and Accounting departments by offering seamless processes from techs in the field to dispatch and billing. The techs are happy with the option to take CC payments with the I pad on COD calls and find the I pad application user friendly.
