Deb and her upholsterer Ernesto did an outstanding job for us, taking a leather couch that is difficult to work with and was sagging and uncomfortable, and redoing the cushions and the entire support system to make it firm and perfect! It came back looking and feeling fantastic and we’re thrilled!
I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered Davis Upholstery Shop and its amazing and wonderful owner Deb Zimmer. I considered several others, but this one is better than all others. Why? Not only did they do a gorgeous and remarkably affordable job of re-upholstering my six dining room chairs, but she did not feel the first job was good enough, so SHE, and NOT I, decided to re-do them. I inherited an expensive mohair sofa with cushions stuffed with feathers; cats proceeded to pee into the feather cushions. Davis Upholstery did a great job helped me through how to clean what could be cleaned, how to salvage what couldn't, and how to choose new foam stuffing. The turnaround time was great and the sofa is better than it was when i got it.
They did an excellent job on my 8 chairs. I came to the owner with my vision and she helped me achieve it. The work was done in a timely manner (2 weeks), no details went untouched and in short my chairs look FABULOUS!! I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future
