We've been at KinderCare Davis Square for 7 months now and have had a great experience. Lindsay and Hannah have been super attentive directors and their dedication to child well-being shows in how they run the daycare. They've proactively initiated conversations with parents about how the center can continuously improve for both children and parents, and then immediately executed suggestions. My son goes here and has a blast making friends and becoming more independent each day !! The staff are very nice and give my child a warm welcome each and every day and they update me frequently throughout the day

Lindsay, the director, is pretty biased and ineffective at her job. She is reactive, condescending, and manipulative. Those aren't qualities that a director of a daycare center should have, especially towards parents who aren't afraid to advocate for their children. I hope she receives proper training so she can one day become a productive and non reactive director who can keep her emotions and biases under control.

Lots of staff turnover, terrible hours, the director is very reactionary and engages in retaliatory behavior. The curriculum is great, this particular location is horrible unfortunately.
