Do NOT use their service. They are not with Pulaski county! They returned the initial phone call to get the $85. Documents got served 5 days later than what was discussed!!!! Nightmare to get a hold of him. Not answering calls. Not returning calls. He reads text messages but won’t respond. The address you can find on google is a TATTOO studio! He is eager to return and answer any calls until after you have paid for the service. Do not expect anything else after the transaction is complete because he will leave you on read as he likes to "click on the message but not read it yet." Initially, we were told that he would make the first attempt the day that we contacted him or the day after. Come to find out, he went out of town and did nothing for 5 days.
