Extremely rude. Called to ask a quick question and both the receptionist and accountant were just short and rude. The accountant just hung up when I said “thank you.” Even a simple, “I’m sorry, but we’re booked and are unable to help” would’ve been nice. Glad they’re not taking care of my taxes.
They do great work, friendly staff, very professional. Very pleased and will be a repeat customer.
