Another agency who refuses to house people on benefits. Apparently I can't afford to rent 1 bedroom at £380 PCM. This £380 would 100% be covered by housing benefits, but this was still not good enough for the woman on the phone who repeatedly told me I can't afford this even though it would be paid directly to the agency out of universal credit.
