An extraordinarily unproffessional business and place to place your debts. They were very slow and had terrible communication skills. They asked us months after we placed the debt to cover $200 in fees when we already agreed to a extremely high commission percentage. This made no sense because they presented no plan nor couldnt even show that they had the skills to find the person. Fraud alert! This company is trying to conspire with Eco Movers in a scam to make up fake charges weeks after service is paid and closed. My company was owed money for services it provided to another company. To help me collect, D&G needed some upfront money for a lawyer, which I thought wasn't a good first method of collecting, cause lawyers are so expensive and not always reliable, however, this method was successful! D&G average 33% collection rate was higher than another collection co. I inquired, but it was in the ball park, and at least they collected, better than my co. could've on its own.
