Not a good idea if you want any control of costs. Davies worked for our management company, costs ended up being double the estimate advised to owners. Talks a good game, make sure you have very deep pockets.
The two one star reviews have never received any quotation or work done by this company. Neither individual has requested Davis for Building to carry out any work or to provide a quotation. If either can provide evidence as to their comments it would be much appreciated.
Richard and his team are truly professional and always do an amazing job, I have been using them for 15 years plus and never had an issue with all the houses I have bought over the years. I would thoroughly recommend.
Have used these builders for ten years on a variety of projects and cannot fault their professionalism and quality of work. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else and can thoroughly recommend Richard Davis and his team.
