New to the eye doctor and clinic. Love the doctor and the staff who helped getting my contacts I need
My eye doctor and her staff get a five star but dealing with ordering glasses person was terrible. She's rude and hurried even though I was the only one there. She gave me a time frame on when the glasses would be ready and failed to call when they were in, prompting me to call her. The phone was not answered during working hours and I kept waiting on hold for the next available person as instructed. I stayed on hold multiple times up to an hour. Amazing care. My dad got in same day. They were able to have him follow up promptly and take care of this eyes. He was diagnosed with macular degeneration and they have been nothing but accommodating!!
I have tried calling three times to make an appointment and sat waiting on hold each time for more than 20 minutes. Do they not have somebody answering the phones?
