Useless. Lost the paperwork several times and then decided they don’t cover this area of malpractice, and then said they wouldn’t refer or suggest any law firm other than them when asked. The IQ is low with this firm.
Davis and Davis declined the Malpractice case I had against a surgeon in Odessa Tx due to his negligence, during a fusion on my Back “ one of the screws he used fell into ( not beside) into my Aorta) I don’t think they know what or where the Aorta is. almost $4,000 to waste with no actions from this firm. Started my case with the law firm endings of April and was told I could get resolution witht them after months i had to provode address to other party when that is whole reason I hired them and even than months passed with no update I had damage in hurricane Beryl and asked for extension and without any remorese they dropped case when nothing was done on their sideAfter 4 months, I finally gave up, as there were never any updates and lost over 3000
